Job summary

AWE is seeking a strategic and influential leader to shape the long-term development of a complex estate and infrastructure portfolio. This fully onsite role is situated between Reading and Basingstoke, with a competitive package and extensive benefits.

You will lead master planning, coordinate land-use requirements across locations, advise senior leaders on risks and investments, and govern estate planning activities to support operational delivery and growth.

• Strategic, influential leader with ability to shape long-term estate and infrastructure portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance and approval of AWE's Establishment Master Plan and Infrastructure Capability Plan.
• Shape and coordinate future infrastructure and land-use requirements across AWE locations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align plans with business needs and growth.
• Provide strategic advice and assurance on estate planning, risks and investments.
• Oversee estate planning governance and decision-making processes.
• Ensure effective management of estate capability risks with up-to-date planning information.
• Lead GIS capabilities development and integration.
• Oversee investment planning and budgeting with governance and scrutiny.
