Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Bromley is seeking 2 Estate Services Operatives to join the Estate Services Team. You will clean internal and external areas and grounds to a high standard, report incidents, and manage schedules and records. A valid UK driving licence is required; a Basic Criminal Record Check is in place.

Closing Date: Thurs 10 Sept 2026 at midnight. The role offers 36 hours per week with flexible options considered, and a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Rotate bins regularly to ensure refuse chutes are clear.
• Ensure bulk bins are ready for collection.
• Clean internal ledges, handrails and doors.
• Clear leaves from grassed areas and pathways.
• Manage work schedules and maintain records.
• Monitor estate activity and report incidents.
