Job summary

Northern Ireland Housing Executive seeks an Estate Services Manager to lead and supervise Housing Services in Estate Management at our Belfast location. The role reports to the Head of Estates within the Housing Services Central Unit and requires proven experience across multiple areas of service delivery.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, draft reports, and develop strategies while upholding our high standards of stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification (Level 6) or equivalent and 3 years' relevant experience.
• Level 5 qualification in Housing with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Equivalent CPD or experiential learning with at least 4 years' relevant experience.
