Riverside in London is seeking an Estate Services Operative-Driver to maintain and monitor communal spaces across Riverside sites. The role involves cleaning, asset care, and driving between sites to carry out scheduled duties.

The package reflects a permanent contract with a salary of £27,150.59 per year and a standard Monday–Friday 8am–4pm pattern. The candidate must have a full UK driving licence, knowledge of cleaning methods, and experience with cleaning tools and powered equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods.
• Knowledge of cleaning tools and product selection.
• Knowledge and experience in the safe use of powered cleaning equipment and hand tools.
• Appropriate competency-based training and experience.

Responsabilités

• Carry out cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, litter picking and safe removal of dog waste.
• Keep car parks, bin stores and communal areas swept, clean and tidy.
• Clear bulky waste from sites where not delegated to Bulk Waste Team.
• Report site-related matters to management, including health and safety concerns.
