Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic grounds maintenance and gardening methods.
• Knowledge of gardening tools and appropriate product selection.
• Experience in safe use of powered grounds maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grounds maintenance duties including mowing, hedge trimming, planting, edging and digging.
• Litter picking and safe removal of dog waste in communal areas.
• Report site-related matters, health and safety concerns and external maintenance issues to management.
