We are working closely with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Cleaner, on a 2-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay

£14.50 - £18.94 per hour

The Estate Services Cleaner will join a supportive and hardworking cleaning team, carrying out general cleaning duties across various locations on the Isle of Wight. This is a mobile role based from Merstone, working both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties to a high standard across various sites.
• Clean communal areas, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, showers, and other facilities.
• Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness across multiple locations.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and guidance.
