This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
About The Role:
The Estate Senior Contract Lead will be the ambassador and key figurehead for OCS on the Battersea Power Station Estate. They will be responsible for leading the team to deliver excellence through strategic direction, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. Providing leadership and direction to the on-site delivery team, assuring that the company standards and policies are followed and maintained enabling the team to deliver the highest standards required of the estate.
This is a senior role responsible for leading the delivery of all operational activities across a complex, dynamic and fast-paced mixed-use estate, to include overseeing the successful running of the security, cleaning and logistics provision across a team of over 300 colleagues. In addition, the role will support and provide input into Client led initiatives, such as public real developments, projects and events, budget expenditure and ready for occupation initiatives, as well as playing an active role in the delivery of the wider Client ESG and community plan.
Working Hours: 8:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday
Weekend Duty Management on rotational basis 8:30am to 17:30pm with time in lieu taken
