Stratton Creber, part of Connells Group, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Stratton Creber residential sales team in Looe. You will deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results, including valuations, viewings and negotiating sales.

The role offers a basic salary of £25k with uncapped commission, clear career progression, and industry-leading training within a market-leading property services business.

Formación

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
