Job Description:

I am recruiting on behalf of a respected and fast-growing property asset management firm to appoint a proactive Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of two high-profile residential & commercial estates in London. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, site-focused environment and is ready to step into a visible, stakeholder-facing role.

The Role

You will be the primary operational lead across two iconic London estates, managing site activity, contractor performance, and occupier satisfaction. Working alongside a dedicated facilities management partner and internal property teams, you’ll ensure outstanding service delivery, full compliance, and continuous operational improvements.

You’ll report to two senior team members known for their strong leadership and collaborative mentoring style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Manage on-site operations and health & safety compliance (including audits and inspections)
  • Oversee delivery by the FM partner and monitor contractor performance against KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers and advisors
  • Support financial processes including budget reviews and service charge reconciliations
  • Help plan and deliver occupier engagement initiatives and communications
  • Ensure accurate records, reporting, and asset data management

About You

  • Experience in building, estate, or facilities management
  • Calm, diplomatic, and solution-oriented — a natural relationship builder
  • Well-versed in health & safety protocols – IOSH/NEBOSH preferred
  • Strong contractor management and coordination skills
  • Financially literate – able to support budget management and reporting
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and property systems/platforms
