A leading facilities management company is seeking a Permanent Full Time Estate Manager at their Chelmsford headquarters. The role involves managing multi-site Hard FM contracts, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and programme management. We are looking for a Permanent Full Time Estate Manager based in our headquarters in Chelmsford, Essex and with regular travel throughout East Anglia.
Are you an organised individual with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, who is computer literate, able to learn new systems quickly and able to work with minimum supervision? Good communication and inter-personal skills are also required.

East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (RFCA) is an arms-length public body of the Ministry of Defence, mandated to give advice to the Defence Council, manage the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ estate, deliver community and employer engagement for Defence, and provide administration services to the Army Cadet Force.
The Estates team manage an impressive portfolio of around 200 Reserve Forces and Cadet sites across East Anglia and in addition to providing the management and upkeep of the estate, handle the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings.
