Job summary

Murrayshall Country House Hotel & Golf Club in Perthshire is seeking an Estate & Garden Maintenance Assistant to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best. You’ll maintain gardens, grounds and outdoor areas across the estate, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

This part-time role covers weekends (24–26 hours) with a salary of £29,400 pro rata. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in high standards and is proactive and reliable.

Qualifications

• Previous garden, grounds or general maintenance experience.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons.
• Practical, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Works well independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, borders, paths and other outdoor spaces across the estate.
• Care for garden features, beds, seasonal planting and outdoor furniture.
• Assist with general estate upkeep to create strong first impressions for guests.
