The University of Leicester is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead strategic management, compliance, condition assessment, and maintenance of a diverse and complex estate. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver proactive strategies and long-term investment plans that keep the estate safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

This is a highly influential leadership role responsible for managing maintenance budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading maintenance, asset management and compliance programmes within a large and complex property portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic management, compliance, condition assessment and maintenance of the estate.
• Manage maintenance budgets in excess of £10m per annum and oversee asset surveys and management programmes.
• Develop and implement a robust Long-Term Maintenance Plan and coordinate with Estates and Campus Services.
