Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Inspections Delivery Manager to lead a nationwide field-based inspection programme. You will manage a dispersed team of Site Inspectors, ensuring safety, compliance and high-quality delivery across the estate portfolio.

You will oversee planning, performance reporting and stakeholder engagement, driving improvements and ensuring targets are met in a dynamic facilities management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based operational teams and delivering planned programmes.
• Strong understanding of evidence capture, defect reporting and escalation.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the inspection programme across the client estate.
• Manage and motivate Site Inspectors with coaching and performance reviews.
• Develop annual and rolling inspection plans to meet SLAs.
• Monitor performance, productivity and audit outcomes.
• Escalate health & safety, security, asset condition and risks.
• Ensure records and documentation are completed and uploaded on time.
• Manage no-access, incomplete and failed inspections and actions.
• Conduct quality audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support inspection delivery to ensure programme completion.
