Job summary

Holkham is seeking a hands-on property maintenance leader to take responsibility across the estate, from the Hall to 300 homes and 14 farms. You will lead an in-house trades team and manage external contractors to deliver reactive and planned maintenance to a diverse heritage portfolio.

You’ll be an organised planner, comfortable using property management systems, and committed to safety and quality. Experience with listed buildings or conservation would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an in-house trades team and manage external contractors to deliver reactive and planned maintenance across the entire estate, from the Hall to 300 residential homes and 14 tenanted farms.
• Be a hands-on, practical leader with a strong background in building maintenance or construction; organise, prioritise competing demands, and ensure high safety and quality standards.
• Experience with listed buildings or conservation would be a bonus, and familiarity with property management systems is desirable.
