Job summary

Holkham Enterprises invites applications for a Houseperson to help ensure the Hall is safe, secure and welcoming for visitors and staff. The role combines practical maintenance with compliance tasks to keep the building running smoothly for all stakeholders.

You will provide approximately 1 security cover per week and 4 shifts (08:30-17:00) per week under a rolling 3-month rota. A shared live-out security flat is provided in the Hall, with 24-hour response duties as required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring a flexible and practical approach.
• Experience in security or facilities is advantageous.
• Customer service mindset with prompt, friendly responses.
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
