Amplius is seeking a Caretaker for the Estate Services team in Gainsborough. You will carry out cleaning, grounds maintenance and general property upkeep, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across communal areas and homes.

The role involves 25 hours per week with a fixed-term contract until 30 July 2027. DBS clearance, driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or caretaking and basic maintenance tasks.
• Experience completing basic maintenance repairs and health and safety checks.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills; able to work on own and meet customer expectations.

Responsabilités

• Carry out cleaning, housekeeping and decorating across communal areas with high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain gardens, grounds, buildings and surroundings, keeping them tidy and presentable.
• Complete general maintenance and small repairs across communal areas and properties, including preparing homes for re-let.
• Respond to maintenance requests, repair fixtures and report complex issues; support preventative maintenance.
• Manage cleaning materials, tools and equipment, keep stock updated and report defects.
• Provide good customer service while performing health and safety, fire safety, COSHH checks and maintain records.
