A fantastic, one off position has become available for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor to join this award winning, independent Estate Agent based in their office in Cleckheaton.

My clients have developed a fantastic reputation based on exceptional levels of customer service and are looking for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor to look after the day to day running of the branch, ensuring that sales are negotiated, closed and progressed through to completion. The role will be mainly office based.

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor– Benefits

• £25k - £30k basic salary plus commission - £35k - £40k OTE

The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor will have experience as an office manager, branch manager or estate/ lettings agent and be able to ensure that high standards are always achieved.

The Estate Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor – Duties and responsibilities

• Overseeing the office and ensure the office is operating well day to day.
• Ensure sales valuations are followed up

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Progressor – Experience Needed

• To be the Estate Agent Senior Negotiator/ Progressor you will need at least 2 years’ experience within the industry, with experience as an Estate Agent office manager, Sales Manager or senior Negotiator.
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the sales processes.
• Confident in supporting the branch with other ad hoc duties
• Excellent time management and administration skills.
• You will be well spoken and well presented.
• Keen eye for detail.
