Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. Responsibilities include:

• Negotiating property sales from offer to completion, liaising with other estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and surveyors
• Collaborating with multiple offices
• Communicating confidently in person and over the phone
• Creating sales opportunities and closing deals
• Representing the business professionally and maintaining a presentable appearance
• Using initiative confidently
• Remaining organized, process-driven, and calm under pressure

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00, with alternate Saturdays from 09:00 – 16:00.
