My client is an award winning, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Shirehampton.

Responsibilities

• Arranging and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets

• Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
