Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor.

The successful candidate must be hungry and driven to succeed with previous experience as an Assistant Manager or above. You must be able to motivate the team throughout the sales process, providing guidance and support towards quarterly office targets.

Candidates must be UK Residents and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of Windsor.

You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays after probation
• Excellent training and development opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front

• Conduct valuations and secure new business
