Job summary

Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff is inviting applications for an experienced Branch Manager. You will lead the estate agency team, coach to hit KPIs, and drive both new and repeat business. You will build strong relationships with vendors and buyers while ensuring highest compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• 2+ years’ experience within Estate Agency at Senior Negotiator/Valuer or higher.
• Ability to lead and coach a team and drive KPI performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers, suppliers and communities.
• Ability to create and execute business plans for the branch.
• Ability to monitor local competitors and market trends.
• Solid understanding of current estate agency legislation.
• Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high-volume workloads.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff

• Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)

• Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs

• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Essential Skills of a Branch Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
