The Property Experts invite experienced estate professionals in the Wokingham area to run their own agency under our trusted brand. You will focus on prospecting, winning instructions, and negotiating to close sales, with the freedom to shape your business terms.

You'll access 400+ training videos, a CRM tailored to high productivity, and a full support team to ensure consistent performance and branding in your local market.

Love estate agency… but ready to do it on your terms?

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:
