The Property Experts are looking for an experienced estate professional to join as a self-employed partner—an opportunity to run your own business with our backing. You’ll focus on winning instructions, negotiating offers and delivering successful sales while you build your personal brand in your local market.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, branded marketing materials and access to leading platforms to support your growth and earnings potential.

Qualifications

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
