Job summary

The Property Experts invites experienced estate professionals to run their own business with full training and dedicated support. You will focus on prospecting, winning instructions and selling homes, while leveraging a branded “business in a box” and powerful marketing tools.

You can earn via a transparent revenue share model, receiving 70% of the fees generated on each sale, with an earnings potential of around £100,000 per year based on three sales per month.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
