Job summary

Fox & Sons Auctions in Southampton is seeking a Property Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will focus on auction-based property sales, building relationships with sellers, investors and developers, and guiding clients through the sales journey to completion.

You’ll become a specialist in fast-moving property auctions, with training and support to succeed, in a role that offers a clear path for career progression within a national network.

Qualifications

• Loves building relationships and winning business.
• Experience in Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Sales or a customer-focused sales role.
• Commercial mindset with target-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and winning new auction opportunities
