The Property Experts invite experienced Estate Agents, Branch Managers, Listors and Valuers to run their own business with full branding and administrative support. You keep 70% of the fees generated while building your personal brand and local market presence.

The package includes extensive training, marketing materials, access to market-leading platforms, and dedicated coaching to help you secure instructions and close deals on your terms.

Formación

• Experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer, Sales Manager or equivalent property related experience

Love estate agency… but ready to do it on your terms?

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000
