Job summary

The Property Experts invite experienced estate professionals to run their own business with full branding and back-office support. You’ll focus on prospecting, winning instructions and closing sales while using a high-end marketing toolkit and CRM platform to accelerate growth.

Join a network of 250+ agents backed by training, events and a dedicated success coach to help you build a trusted local brand and sustainable income.

Qualifications

• Experienced estate agent or branch manager with a track record of winning instructions.
• Ability to negotiate offers and convert sales to completion.
• Willingness to run your own business with support from a shared platform.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new instructions and win listings.
• Proactively manage client relationships and guide transactions to completion.
• Leverage provided tools and marketing infrastructure to grow your local business.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:
