The Property Experts invite experienced Estate Agents, Branch Managers, Listors or valuers to join and run their own business under their brand. You’ll win instructions, negotiate offers and drive sales while enjoying the freedom of a business you own.

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:
