Job summary

The Property Experts offer a chance to run your own independent estate agency business backed by a strong support network. You’ll focus on prospecting, winning instructions, and closing sales, while branding around your own name and reputation.

Earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year) with a 70% share of the fees generated, based on three sales per month at an average fee of £4,000. Training, marketing materials, and admin support are included.

• Experienced estate agent or senior property sales professional.
• Proven ability to win instructions and negotiate offers.
• Comfortable building a personal brand and running your own business.
