Job summary

The Property Experts are inviting experienced estate professionals to build their own business within a supportive framework in the UK. You’ll focus on winning instructions, negotiating offers and closing sales while benefiting from branded materials, training and a dedicated support team.

You’ll operate as the local face of property, earning a generous share of fees (70%) with potential to reach around £100k+ per year as you scale your client base, using market-leading tools and technology

You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business.

What if you could run your own business without the financial pressure of going it alone?

Earnings:

Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of *£8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated.

*Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000

Suitable candidate:

• Experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager, Lister, Valuer, Sales Manager or equivalent property related experience
