Job summary

Haybrook is seeking an experienced Estate Agent to become a Partner in Chesterfield, taking ownership of building and growing the local estate agency business. You will leverage sales, valuations and local market knowledge to secure listings and drive growth, while balancing work/life with a flexible, hybrid approach.

You will operate in a fully employed role with a self-employed model, backed by strong support, marketing and lead management to help you succeed in your local market.

Qualifications

• Must have estate agency experience.
• Willingness to operate in a partnership/entrepreneurial model.
• Resident in or around Chesterfield for local coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Estate Agency business across Chesterfield and surrounding area.
• Generate new business and deliver an exceptional customer experience from valuation through to completion.
• Utilise sales, marketing and local network skills to secure listings and conversions.
• Collaborate with Area Director of Partnerships and branch teams to scale the business.

Are you an experienced Estate Agent ready to build your own business and become the go-to agent in your local area? As a Partner with Haybrook, you'll take ownership of building and growing the Estate Agency business across Chesterfield and the surrounding area. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential as you'll use your sales, valuation, local market knowledge, and relationship building skills to generate new business and deliver an exceptional customer experience from valuation through to completion.

What is on offer to you?

• £50000 to £65000 per year complete on-target earnings.
• £25000 to £27500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

The Role:

In this FULLY EMPLOYED position Our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.

Support:

This is Not A Self Employed Position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include from our learning and development team to help you and your business grow, support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

The best Partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to want to be the best Estate Agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
