Connells Group in Abingdon is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to lead the estate agency team. You will win new instructions and list properties, while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

You will build relationships with clients face-to-face and by phone and coordinate with Mortgage Advisors, benefiting from industry training and a clear career pathway within Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Estate agency experience required (Lister/Valuer/Sales Negotiator).
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; IT literate; full UK driving licence.

You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To be successful as a Residential Sales Manager / Lister, you will:

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
