As a Production Technician, you will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automated chemical mixing, filling, labelling and packing production line. The role focuses on ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.
You will operate, monitor, troubleshoot and optimise automated process equipment involved in the manufacture of chemical products for the water treatment industry. This includes chemical blending, batch preparation, automated filling and packaging operations, routine quality checks, changeovers and basic fault identification.
In addition to supporting the chemical manufacturing operation, you will be required to provide flexible support across other assembly and production areas when demand requires, ensuring business priorities and customer requirements are met.
The Production Technician works closely with Shift Supervisors, Maintenance Engineers, Quality and Warehouse teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality production output.
