Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on their needs; prepare bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical, automation, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with renewable energy power generation or power transformation and distribution systems.
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiar with grid-forming PCS technology.
4. Knowledge of development processes and requirements for energy storage projects in overseas regions.
5. Priority for candidates with 3+ years of experience in energy projects such as energy storage, photovoltaics, or power generation.
6. Proficiency in reading English technical specifications and papers; strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
7. Excellent user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
8. Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
