Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiarity with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology.
4. Knowledge of energy storage project processes and requirements in overseas regions.
5. Priority given to those with 3+ years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
6. Proficiency in reading and understanding English technical specifications and papers; excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
7. Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
