Job summary

Hampshire County Council's Hampshire Achieves is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ESOL and Functional Skills provision across Hampshire, ensuring high-quality learning opportunities for learners and communities.

You'll work with tutors and partners to drive curriculum excellence, support learner success and create an inclusive environment where both learners and staff can thrive.

Qualifications

• Lead delivery of ESOL and Functional Skills programmes to support learner engagement and progression.
• Develop accessible curricula meeting learner needs across Hampshire.
• Demonstrate ability to observe teaching and provide constructive feedback to improve practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ESOL and Functional Skills programmes, helping learners engage, achieve and progress.
• Plan and develop an accessible curriculum that meets learner needs.
• Support and manage tutors to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and work collaboratively to develop learning opportunities.
• Drive quality improvement through QA, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment promoting learner success and wellbeing.
