Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG or related field.
• At least 3 years of ESG/sustainability programme experience.
• Experience delivering large projects within a structured lifecycle.
• Knowledge of CSRD, EU Taxonomy and CSDDD.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative manager with change-driven mindset.
• PM qualifications such as Prince II, APM or Agile desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support CSRD Programme Director in group-wide ESG compliance and change programmes.
• Develop and implement CSRD/CSDDD processes with regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate data capture and new data systems for CSRD workstreams.
• Lead ESG reporting system transformation and process automation.
• Help establish ESG policies, goals and targets across the group.
• Manage project delivery with scope, plans, risks, and timelines.
• Prepare milestones and report progress to boards and exec committees.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on regulatory changes.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to embed ESG requirements.
