Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Stewardship Analyst to join the ESG team at their Cannon Street office. The role focuses on reviewing and formulating voting decisions for holdings across Fidelity funds and institutional portfolios, and supporting ESG integration across investment teams.

You will gather research, write memoranda, and provide governance and sustainability advice while engaging with clients, custodians and investee companies on ESG issues.

Responsibilities

• Proxy analysis involves reviewing public disclosures, company reports and third-party research to inform voting decisions.
• Research and Writing: prepare memoranda and explanations for ESG issues and pending proxy votes.
• Internal and External Communication: liaise with equity research, legal, compliance and external vendors; engage with investee companies.
• Project Management/Operational Skills: coordinate processes, improve efficiency, and manage ESG-related projects.
• ESG Support: collaborate with equity analysts and portfolio managers to integrate ESG factors into investment processes.
