Job summary

Live Nation in London (Farringdon) seeks a Sustainability Data, Reporting & Compliance Project Manager to lead ESG disclosure initiatives for EMEA and UK & Ireland. You will coordinate data collection, validate data quality, and drive reporting aligned with CSRD, TCFD, SECR, and other standards.

The role requires strong project management, experience with Excel/Tableau, and excellent English. Collaboration across multiple markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ESG reporting including CSRD, TCFD, SECR, ESOS, EPR.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data, data validation.
• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and data management systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across international markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; another European language desirable.
• Knowledge of energy markets and procurement methodologies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement a robust ESG data collection and reporting program.
• Oversee internal data collection outreach and ensure environmental data consistency.
• Identify data gaps and develop scalable solutions aligned with reporting requirements.
• Ensure data readiness reviews, auditable processes, and controls for environmental data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Establish reusable reporting infrastructure or integrate with existing systems for data collection and management.
• Maximise internal engagement and educate data owners.
• Prepare reports on market sustainability progress, and biannual/ annual reports as required to meet stakeholders.
• Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines with the global Compliance team.
• Research and project management of sustainable projects as required.
• Manage energy procurement activities for the UK market.
