Would you like to play a leading role in the sustainability journey of the UK’s biggest homewares brand? It’s an exciting time at Dunelm, as we look to expand our talented Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Reporting team as part of our plans to achieve net zero by 2040.

In this role you will lead in developing and setting up our next phase of sustainability‑related metrics and targets. The role is part of our Core Finance function and reports to the Senior Finance Manager for ESG. You’ll partner a cross‑functional group of stakeholders to build on existing data, methods and processes to define, refine and document key metrics making them fit for long‑term target setting and external reporting.
