  • Assess and propose new initiatives, balancing impact, cost, and operational feasibility.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align sustainability with strategic business goals.
  • Act as a passionate sustainability advocate across the business.
  • Help embed ESG thinking into every department and nurture a culture of continuous environmental and social improvement.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar ESG or sustainability role.
  • A relevant degree or strong technical expertise gained through practical experience.
  • Associate membership (or higher) of IEMA or another recognised professional body.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 14001.
  • Familiarity with carbon life cycle assessments and sustainability data platforms.
  • Confidence working with environmental data and communicating it in a compelling way.
  • A good understanding of corporate governance, Net Zero pathways, and impact reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with or knowledge of B Corp certification.
  • A balanced and pragmatic approach to sustainability strategy.
