ESG & Sustainability Manager
Location: Shoreditch, London HQ - (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Working pattern: Full-time - 40 hours per week (inclusive of 1 hour paid lunch)

The Role
As ESG & Sustainability Manager, you'll lead the charge in defining and implementing our environmental and social governance strategy. This role is pivotal to our mission and supports the business in embedding sustainable practices across every part of the operation. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to assess and improve our impact, develop a structured approach to ESG, and ensure we remain aligned with B Corp, ISO 14001, and Science-Based Targets.
You'll be a visible sustainability champion in the business - translating complex data into meaningful goals and actions, and building the frameworks that guide us toward Net Zero.
