We are currently working on exciting ESG roles with both a top-tier Silver Circle firm and a prestigious US law firm, each seeking a skilled lawyer with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience. These firms advise a diverse range of clients including public and private corporations, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, financial institutions, boards, and senior executives. The work spans ESG (and anti-ESG) issues within public company and private equity M&A, fund formation, banking and finance, litigation, and regulatory matters. There is also a focus on advising clients on disclosure obligations and the design of effective internal controls and governance frameworks.

These roles are ideal for lawyers who combine technical strength with commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
