ESG Lawyer | 2-6 PQE | US & Silver Circle Firms, London (City of London)

We are currently recruiting for exciting ESG roles with both a top-tier Silver Circle firm and a prestigious US law firm, each seeking a skilled lawyer with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience. These firms advise a diverse range of clients, including public and private corporations, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, financial institutions, boards, and senior executives.

The work encompasses ESG (and anti-ESG) issues within public company and private equity M&A, fund formation, banking and finance, litigation, and regulatory matters. There is also a focus on advising clients on disclosure obligations and designing effective internal controls and governance frameworks.

These roles are ideal for lawyers who combine technical strength with commercial awareness and a strategic mindset. You will guide clients through complex and evolving ESG landscapes, providing tailored advice that aligns with their business goals while managing investor expectations and regulatory risks.
