Job summary

FRESME is seeking an ESG Data Analyst to join its London/Remote team. You will analyse sustainability data, build reporting models, and support clients across the GCC and UK in achieving ESG goals.

You'll work with frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CSRD, collecting data, validating datasets, and delivering client-ready reports and board presentations. The role requires 2+ years in ESG, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Power BI/Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, finance, data science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainability consulting, or corporate reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with at least two ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, CSRD).
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate ESG data from corporate clients across multiple frameworks.
• Build and maintain ESG scoring models and benchmark databases.
• Produce client-ready sustainability reports and board presentations.
• Support SustainOS platform onboarding: data mapping, KPI configuration, and user training.
• Track regulatory developments across SAMA, CMA, FCA, and Vision 2030 ESG requirements.
• Assist in developing proprietary ESG methodologies and research publications.
