One of the main goals for the Escalation Manager will be to use key escalation learnings to provide feedback to internal teams, including Support & Services, Product Management, and Engineering, for process and product improvements. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate effectively with senior technical and managerial individuals both internally and externally.
