Job summary

Millbank Holdings Limited seeks an experienced ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end business systems replacements within engineering or regulated environments. You will drive vendor selection, implementation and ensure successful adoption across finance, procurement and controls.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders and act as the client-side lead, guiding delivery, budgets and risk throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end ERP or business management system transformation experience in engineering or regulated environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, vendor selection and system implementation.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management, change management and large-scale transformation delivery.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage consultants/vendors.
• Knowledge of integrating finance, procurement, project controls, timesheet/resource management and reporting in ERP.

The Role

As ERP Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the entire programme, from assessing current systems and defining project requirements to overseeing vendor selection, implementation, and ensuring successful business adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and act as the primary client-side lead. Your responsibilities include guiding project delivery, managing budgets, and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle of the transformation.

You will have the following qualifications & experience

• Proven and extensive end-to-end ERP or business management system transformation experience within engineering, professional services, nuclear, or other regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, vendor selection, and system implementation.
• Demonstrable skills in stakeholder management, change management, and delivering large-scale transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing consultants and vendors.
• Knowledge of integrating finance, procurement, project controls, timesheet/resource management, and reporting capabilities in ERP systems.
