Pearson Carter Limited is seeking an ERP Systems Manager in Weybridge to oversee Dynamics 365 Business Central and related ERP platforms. The role bridges technology and business, guiding performance, development and long-term strategy.

You will lead day-to-day ERP operations, manage external partners, and drive upgrades and improvements across finance, operations and supply chain. A hybrid working pattern and clear opportunities to shape the ERP roadmap are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of how ERP systems support finance, operations and supply chain.
• Proven track record in ERP ownership or applications leadership.
• Ability to manage external partners and software suppliers.
• Experience delivering ERP changes, upgrades or process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects and business needs.
