Almac Group in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a 9-month contract to support the Finance team during an ERP implementation, handling transactional processing and reporting.

The role requires GCSE Maths and English, prior finance experience, and accuracy in high-volume processing, with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to month-end close.

Qualifications

GCSEs (A-C) in Maths and English Language.
Experience in a finance-related role.
Experience with high-volume transaction processing.
Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Support transactional finance activities across the department.
Ensure accurate ledger processing and banking.
Administer employee expense claims.
Assist with month-end reporting and process improvements.
