Redfaire is a fast-growing, international technology company with operations in the UK and Ireland. We implement and manage Oracle ERP (JD Edwards) on Oracle Cloud infrastructure and develop our own IP for cross-selling to our customer base. Redfaire provides consulting, managed services, and cloud infrastructure services, focusing on Oracle Cloud for a diverse global clientele.

The Role: A Redfaire Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering quality projects to our clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, experienced in leading technical and application teams. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders including customers, partners, analysts, and technical teams to deliver initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with remote options in the UK, Ireland, or our CoE in Limerick. Candidates in similar European time zones may also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Structuring projects from inception, managing commercials, client relationships, and delivery.
• Managing projects of varying complexity, including JD Edwards implementations, upgrades, rollouts, IAAS, and integrations.
• Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leading and coordinating teams, adapting approaches as needed.
• Managing changes, scope, resources, and timelines.
• Sharing best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a business or technical focus.
• 5+ years managing IT applications or technical projects related to JD Edwards ERP or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience managing high-value projects through all project phases.
• Knowledge of data reporting tools.
• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Desire to standardize and simplify processes.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with remote teams.
